The Northwestern Journal of Law & Social Policy is soliciting articles that explore law and social change, social policy, and social movements for publication in Volume 21 of the Journal, to be published in 2025-2026. Founded with an interdisciplinary focus, JLSP seeks articles whose topics include, but are not limited to: race, gender, sexual orientation, housing, immigration, health care, juvenile justice, voting rights, family law, civil rights, poverty, the environment, and privacy rights.

The Northwestern Journal of Law & Social Policy publishes online only. The Journal is available through traditional research resources, including Lexis, Westlaw, and HeinOnline. Our last issue can be accessed here: http://scholarlycommons.law.northwestern.edu/njlsp/.

ELIGIBILITY
Submissions will be accepted from legal scholars and graduate students in the social sciences and humanities. Only unpublished papers will be considered, although papers may be posted on SSRN, ECGI, or similar working paper series.

SELECTION
Papers will be chosen by the Journal’s Managing Articles Editors.

DEADLINE
Submissions will be evaluated on a rolling basis. Authors will be notified of their inclusion as soon as possible.

SUBMISSIONS
Submissions should include an abstract of the paper and a copy of the author’s curriculum vitae. Articles should be submitted through Scholastica. Please direct any inquiries to grace.green@law.nortwestern.edu and noah.yust@law.northwestern.edu
